    Ronaldinho comments on leaving PSG.

"I'm not going anywhere", Roni said. "We have a great team and this is going to be a great season. I have no reason to leave Paris Saint-Germain at this point of my career".

Well, with the start of "Le Championnat" on August 3 and PSG's home opener in the promised land against Auxerre has anyone heard or read anything about Fox Sports World televising matches this season? Nothing's posted on their website nor on SoccerTV.com. Just rifled off an e-mail to Fox Sports World asking such a Q but thought I'd ask on this part of the boards.

PSG being put up for sale has to do with the financial crisis @ Vivendi not football. Vivendi own "Canal +". This was not a big surprise to the people running PSG since "Canal +" has lost money for quite some time. They're cutting costs and trying to make a profit for a change, so PSG would be sold if the money's right. Doesn't mean they're shopping the club but if an offer is made, they'd more than likely take a serious look @ it.

As far as "Roni" being put back up for sale, I don't buy it. Aside from Man Utd, who else couold afford him @ this time? From what I've read in "L'Equipe", Luis Fernandez saw this coming a mile away and has managed to get a few players to decrease their wage demands. He's put together a team that can win "Le Championnat" as well as "UEFA Cup". The more the team wins, the more valuable the club and the more income for the club.

    Toujours PSG!!!!!!!!!!

    PSG Enter Race For Ahn
    Planet Football

West Ham, Fulham, and Chelsea are also interested but he may run into trouble gaining a work permit. Even if Ahn is given one it would take weeks. He's desperate to leave Perugia and Paris seems the likely destination.

    From http://www.bestofpsg.com
Frédéric Déhu, who is out of favor with Luis Fernandez, could join Anelka and Distin in Manchester City. The former captain of PSG could be lent with an option to buy.

Under contract until 2004, transfer prices is about 6.5 million euros. If this happens, the PSG could recruit a supplementary player in the next days.

That would make 4 former PSG players at Manchester City with Ali Benarbia already in place.
