Team has plenty of talent despite the absentees but his coaching is appalling. No clear plan at all.

I'd have dragged the midfield off apart from midfield at half time and tucked Julian in behind Simeone. It's not that difficult to fathom out.

Beltran needs to go to the weights room. Poor, poor performance. If you want to even consider being a player for the seleccion just look at Julian.

Hezze, Medina and Zenon statues in the first half. Couldn't execute simple passes. Again if any of you want to even get remotely close to the seleccion learn how to pass into feet and learn how to move around. Completely nullified Julian and Beltran.

Why it took so long to get Claudio or Equi on beggars belief. If you are good enough you are old enough. Masche didn't have much to do with the result. The players needed to score and they let rip. Better finishing and they still should have won that.

The referee was appallingly bad falling for every Moroccan dive and feigned injury. Karma that the added time was so long as a result. Bang average team made to look good by a coach who shouldn't be near a juvenile team.

Honestly I could do a better job and I've not even played professional football. Great result in the rugby sevens too. Shut all the hostiles in the stadium up with their jeers, whistles and boos. Next up Samoa at 1800 GMT. Australia tomorrow. They beat Samoa 21-14.

But you have to admit, Almada looked like a prime Messi there with his run and ball control. Granted, his shot was a bit off but it worked out at the end.

 

Karma is a bitch. They stopped playing thinking they won in the second half. Glad karma hit them in the last action. But man, Argentina cant be playing like that again. At this point, its to late to fix this problem. It is a big issue and cant be solved over night. There is no clear way of playing. Just see bunch of individual players trying to understand each other.
