There will be a hell of a team aged 21-22 if they all can get to go. Palacio, Escudero, Sarco, Carizzo, Mastantuono, Parmo just for a start. Tremendous.

 

Wonder if it's a little bit of fatigue having to do so much work or wondering about his future. Shame that. He's worked hard enough but not been at the races finishing wise. Missed several what for him would be usual goals.

Been the better team. But every attacker, including Alvarez, have been dogshite unfortunately. Zenon, Simeone, Beltran are jokes. Terrible players. Diablito better in 5 mins than than those 3 the whole tournament.

France are rubbish let's not beat around the bush. A competent manager will beat them. Spain have to be the favourites. I mean even if dunderhead had instead of playing negatively against Ukraine asked the team to play on the front foot they would have been playing the US who to be frank are shockingly bad as seen today.

Our team is a slow under mascherano, but the individual talent suprasses any of the french players.
The French look slow and over hyped as usual. Spain or Morocco is going to give them a run.

 

Mascherano got what he deserved nothing and please fatty useless Tapia sack him. Get Aimar or Placente to coach the u23, u20. They've already done a great job with our u17s.

 

What do you mean? We deserved a better manager. We could've easily medaled or even won it all if Masche wasn't the manager. We've blown a number of golden opportunities because he has been leading the groups. The U20 2023 World Cup and now the Olympics. We have a great young generation coming up and we need somebody to lead them. It can't be Masche. But knowing the AFA, they'll extend him for another 4 years.

 

Zenon wasn't too bad but Beltran has been in very poor form even with his club. He's not been able to settle or adapt unlike Lautaro did when he went over. Simeone was shocking. Don't know if it was a favour to his chum Simeone senior.

Have to feel for Soler. Is brought on when he should have started then is dragged off again. Thank goodness that will be the last time he is coached by emptyhead. Way to destroy a player's confidence and shows what idiotic tactics Masche has. This is not a game of PES.

Soler is being linked to several clubs in Europe. He has been excellent for the most part. He unlike Barco does know how to defend and do the basics of his role very well and can also attack. Hopefully Barco learns that side of things this season and is not played as a winger which I do fear.

Absolutely criminal that Echeverri was so under used. Almada was out of it again and he'll need to learn he won't get the time he does in the MLS on the ball.

 

He should have not gone then. Knowing that.

 

In hindsight yes. I sincerely hope if he does move it's to La Liga rather than Ligue Une. A very poor league to sharpen up in.

 

Simeone is hot trash. I never want to see his candy ass again. Imagine playing him over Claudio. Should've started Echeverri, which would've allowed Julian more freedom.

Being a great player does not mean you'll be a great manager. We've learned this lesson a couple times...
