This guy is playing for Chile's Unión La Calera currently: the coach has deployed him as a winger in a 5-man midfield from what I've seen.

Does he have a shot at being included in Dely Valdés's future squads?

*****He deserves another chance... in his first chance with the NT, he didn't too well, played about 2 or 3 games if I remember right, and he Looked lost, and was very inefficient.

Has started half the games and come off the bench in a few. Do you consider him a 9? He's played on the right at times.

I am not sure if he's still there but Renán Addles was with Chile's La Calera the 1st half of the year.

our future CB, Baloy's replacement, has been signed on to the Seattle Sounders of the MLS. they've had an eye on him from a previous champions leauge game vs San Francisco FC. Good for him, i think he'll do well. for his age he's very focused on what his job is, and does it well so far.

my bad, lol ..it's Roberto Chen. but hold on, seems it's not 100%, looks like an unknown Liga MX team(s) have shown interest also, and of course more $$ than Sounders...and Sounders had to do last minute GK signing which now tightens their salary cap.. ... let's see how it plays out

Hopefully Panama federation can pull something off and get us a section....

Check the craigslist ads.. they're selling ticket prices for dirt cheap. I'm going with a Panamanian bro of mines to the game. Might even see us roll up with Los Rakas, since i'm going with their cousins.

btw congrats on making it to La Final, would be cool to see a new team win the Copa Oro.

thx bro... we're right now filling up sections 444 ($39), and 101 ($89)... that'd be cool for Rakas to show up, I went to their last show here in NYC...

Yea, Rakas are extremely dope and down to earth people.. muy humilde gente.. orgulloso por ser Canaleros. They always show nothin but love when I kick it with their family from Oakland, despite me being Honduran.

I hope theres a sea of Red from Panama on Sunday!! I'll try to do my part, Central America is with yall man.

Big things going on after the final of GC 2013..
    a. young CB Roberto Chen looking like either Seattle Sounders or Malaga (Spain, remember coach Dely has a lot of pull in Malaga)
    b. Striker Gabriel Torres looking like Colorado Rapids (MLS), Auxerre (french 2nd div), and an unknown liga MX team.
    c. GK Jaime Penedo linked to possible LA Galaxy signing (IMO, Cudicini is not working out well for LA)
    d. Alberto Quintero is being linked to every team possible (Peru's Sport Boys, some team in 1st div Bolivia, etc etc)

Excellent news. Diego Balado had reported that if Gaby Torres went to Colorado, he'd become a DP-level player. Hopefully that works out for him.

In regards to Quintero, he's better than Peru or Bolivia...unless he at least joins a Copa Libertadores-bound team. He can probably play in Mexico or Colombia: both better leagues and in general leagues where Panamanians have thrived in the past.

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing some of these cats in Chile, following in the footsteps of Jorge Dely Valdés.

Ugh...word is Quintero is staying in Panama, with Chorrillo.. Now, that's good for the Liga Panamena de Futbol (LPF), star player will bring the people to the games, but...... his agent(s) suck IMO

El Negrito Quintero is going to Pachuca for a fee of $370k . Guess he will be there later on in the year. At least from what I could find.
