We've been really good defensively on set pieces though. Need to get a lot better in attack, but so much of that is that delivery from dead balls has been awful. Only Pepe is good at it.

We need to crank it up in 2T. We had 3 shots, 1 on target. We're a bit fortunate to be in the lead. Doesn't seem likely we'd go the whole of 2T without them scoring. So the mission is quite clear, to me anyway... a 2nd goal before 60'

T-10th in the league in goals allowed from set pieces now.

And so... they didn't listen to me about scoring by 60', and instead at 63' give up another set piece goal to Benteke. Not sure what Gabriel was doing on that man-marking job.

Then comes on Odegaard for Saka.

Momentum shift clearly to Palace. They even quickly get a PK shout.

    Ugh.

The way we've been playing, we'd be super lucky to retain 1 point. Toothless.

If not for Leno's good play we'd be down 3-1, maybe more.

Need a goal, need a win, leave the top scorer on the bench in perpetuity. Great stuff, Mikel.

77' Tierney with yet another soft tissue injury? Coming off for Xhaka.

    Partey makes way for Martinelli.

Yeah I woulda gone with Laca much earlier in this match. Assuming he's fit. Has Auba done anything? I know there's been zero service, but with Laca he has more dimensions to his game that I think could induce more offense for us.

We've been really quite poor our last several outings. That's worrisome for our future and Arteta's.

That says it all. 84' and Auba gets his first chance! Couldn't quite latch on to a nice cross by Chambers.

The precision on that over the top pass by Odegaard was fabulous.

True but I'll take it. St. Tott's is still on?!

p.s. But our efficiency is fantastic. 2 shots on target, 2 goals. :p

It's a real bottle-off between Leicester and Tottenham on the final day.

    Gonna be a spectacular watch.

    FT Palace 1-3 Arsenal.

Those last 2 goals are the definition of papering over the cracks in Mikel Arteta's team.

Yeah, Peacock on my Android TV. Not sure why mine was faster, it buffered a couple times during the match.
