    Kane scores his 7th goal in the past 8 games, other than that another drab performance and we finish 6th in a poor PL after Wolves mailed in the result to Chelsea - they are all-in for the Europa League.Now we need Chelsea to win the FA Cup to avoid 3 qualifying rounds of Europa League.

    Happy to be 6th in the end, any higher was probably not deserved... although the gap to 3rd and Penalties-R-Us FC was only 7 points. Hopefully the Chavs can win the cup, but really if we are scared of EL qualifying we have no business being in Europe.

    The problem is not the qualifying, it's the number of fixtures involved with a short summer break.

    If we have to go the qualifying route, we would enter in the 2nd qualifying round, with single-legged the ties on September 17, 24 and October 1st.

    Not that I'd want the extra games, but single-legged ties can always go wrong.
