I don't see any connection to Al Qaeda so I don't know where you got it from.

As for the Taliban, that area of Pakistan has long been tribal and very conservative. All they're doing is making it official law what they've been doing all along. I would expect the federal government to come in and change some things before all is said and done.

I do not distinguish between taliban and al qaida. they are the same in my eyes- a product of the same religious schools, funded by the same money- saudi money.

And some of these parties have publicly announced their support for Bin Laden. At the beginning of the US led war in Afghanistan it was the followers of some of these parties that were chanting pro taliban and pro Bin Laden slogans

I also strongly believe this is the area that Bin Laden is hiding

I see a big difference, with the most notable being the Taliban's lack of suicide bombings.

Al Qaeda's all about killing as many non-mulsims as they can, and even a few muslims. The Taliban focused on themselves, they weren't out to kill Westerners.

Of course, they seem him standing up to the evil Westerners so he's all good by their book. If that S.O.B. was doing the same thing to them as he's done and has been trying to do to us then I think we'd be hearing a different tune from them.

They didnt mind suicide bombers when Osamas guys whipped out Achmed Shah Masood. Again the money that supported the Taliban and Al qaida came from the same place: Saudi Arabia. Add to that the Pakistani intelligence support for both groups. They were more than happy to receive Al qaida trained "soldiers" to fight in Kashmir.

The Taliban was the militia taking care of the domestic Jihad against the Northern Alliance. Al Qaida took care of the foreign Jihad.

Also take into account that Osama and Mullah Omar are married to eachothers daughters. If the Taliban and Al Qaida was/ is not closely linked how come they did not hand over Bin Laden. They would then most likely still control 90 % of Afghanistan

No, no no - get with the program. Al-Queda and Iraq are the same, funded by Syrian and Iranian money. Evidently you have not been watching your daily does of Fox News.

    Please keep up.
