It was PSH that refused to talk to Suwon.

Contract is a contract and SW has to be compensated in some form that's fair. I agree that everything is negotiable but has to be equitable to all.

Darmstadt got a new manager and PSH fell out of favor.

Suwon doesn't talk to PSH. Their attorneys and reps hash it out. It's a matter of agreeing on money. Right now Suwon is just sabotaging the kid's career bc they're being aholes. This small hater insecure mentality is why Korean football is garbage and the K-League or even the NT can't evolve. Its also why when players entrenched in this Korean hierarchy can't hack it when they go overseas or in any way leave their small, tiny pond.

If there is a stand in contract between PSH and SW then they should have sorted that out first

It was PSH not reaching out to Suwon on the first place. Get your fact straight. He f**king signed the agreement in which he would contact Suwon first if he were willing to play professionally in Korea for receiving 3억원 and plus from the club. The guy breached it and has to pay the price. That's the real world we are living in.

I hope you're 17 yrs old for your sake.

The contract probably gave Suwon right to sign if PSH wants to come back to Korea. Suwon was asked to sign PSH, and they refused. Suwon didn't need PSH, didnt want him this yr, and probably couldn't afford him. If you have right to sign and you don't take it, PSH can sign with Jeonbuk. Suwon is ignoring the fact that they didnt sign PSH and just attacking PSH for signing with Jeonbuk as if they didn't waive the right hoping to stink PSH away from K-League.

That's not how adults conduct business but that's about the level of professionalism in the K- league or at least for Suwon.

Is that how it went down? If Suwon has the first right of refusal and PSH reached out to to Suwon with the intent come to K League and if Suwon refused then they don't have a claim...this is needs some sorting out

What a big let down. This with Paik , and Im not even going to start about LSW. Two biggest prospects. Out of Barca academy. Kind of sums up korean soccer last few year. Kind of sad.

PSH told Suwon of his intent to come back to Korean and they had the chance to sign. They told him that they'll sign him next year leaving him in the lurch when transfer window closing for 21. At this point, it's a matter of business and PSH's agent and club has to come to terms.

The problem is that Suwon turned this into an emotional issue and started vilifying PSH as being some sort ingrate for even talking to Jeonbuk and belated offered to be paid out for something like $1.4 million which is basically telling PSH to just miss out on 21-22 season. There's report that Suwon lower this to $400k and asked for an apology video.

Suwon just needed to sign the kid, make an offer to be paid out, and let him move to Jeonbuk. This is not brain science. Whether PSH talked to Jeonbuk or Suwon first or second, PSH's character as a human being, and who was insulted and needs an apology video, etc is all 꼰대 bs.
