If I were a Seahawk defender and Terrell Owens takes a pen out of his sock and signs a ball after scoring a touchdown, I think it's worth the 15 yard penalty and fine. Take him out. No punches or anything, just come in full speed and tackle him with a good solid shot to the ribs, then get up and walk back to the bench. It needed to be done.
