Thanks for the link. Helmet has always been a band I respected and I'm glad to see Page back trying to put out his own stuff. I downloaded the Ghandi sample tracks and the signature Hamilton guitar sound is still there. Can't wait for these guys to release their album. Hopefully, some label will pick them up.
Saw Helmet once w/Prong, and Prong blew 'em away. Saw 'em w/Ministry and Sepultura, and they were much better. Hopefully, the new Gandhi stuff will be good. Page deserves better than to go down in the rock history annals as a one-hit wonder. Tempesta was also great in Exodus and later TestAmenT before his collaborations with Mr. Zombie. And it was cool to see Page's reply to the trendoids who think it's cool to bash Limp Bizkit. (Not that I think Limp Bizkit is all that, I just don't get what everyone's problem with them is. They have some good songs, and are fun live. And when some total dorkstick MTV reporter bags on them, it must mean they're cool again... )
It's nice to see him back, although I just wish Helmet would come back. They had the funnest shows (not too crowded, but full of life and moshing)....
