Going to get soaked at CU-UW tomorrow night instead of watching the wettest fixture in MLS (Whitecaps-Rapids, both water features)

Didn't realize Whitecaps are first in the West. They didn't look like anything special in the previous meetings with Rapids.

 

That's a common effect of playing in a game with the Rapids.

 

Odds are I'll be wearing my Kappa Rapids rain jacket with the classic wave logo on the back But you'll have to come into the away section in the NW corner to find me.

How is Doyle still out on concussion protocol? It's been a couple weeks now.

 

Really? Do we need to go back to the example of Pablo's last season? Or the amount of time Powers missed?

At this point I think there's a very good chance we've seen Doyle's last minutes as a Rapids player.

Starting Watts in MF and Hairson, Saeid, and Gatt as the Attacking Midfielders is not conducive to playing attacking soccer or scoring goals. It's saying that we'll hope to steal a goal somewhere and finish 1-0 or 1-1.

Historically, 26.00 points is the average for the Spoon winner and 30.83 points is the average for the Spoon runner-up. Based on history, Minnesota United and DC United are likely out of the hunt.

With those two results, the Colorado Rapids (26 points going into tonight on 28 matches) and Los Angeles Galaxy (27 points on 29 matches in advance of their game) are the last two strong contenders for the Spoon.
