I really don’t like when referees fail to protect the lower body. Late challenges through the legs, especially at the knee—that’s how seasons end. Those challenges aren’t the same as some jostling at the shoulders.
The foul that injured Klauss looked deliberate to me. If so, the player should be penalized heavily post-match.
so was that 55 minutes of having the 3 DP playing together and now not having them together again for weeks now (I'm a pessimist)
Me too. They clicked ankles and the Dallas guy fell but while falling he grabbed Klauss's leg and spun him. I can't wait to hear what the exact injury is after that one. If it's a season ender of something that will cause him to miss 3 or 4 months the team should be compensated somehow.
Paintsil is the most muscular delicate flower I’ve ever seen. Any knock and he’s either moaning in pain or asking to come out.
Agree he has a right to get subbed bc first game back and not in game shape. But no reason to act like it was a significant injury.
Puig became the face of the club… unfortunately the faces hes been making is a grimace of pain after an injury and folks are following his lead…
Our back line pays so little attention to holding a tight line. Repeatedly one guy is hanging back for no reason, keeping opponents onside.

I get him asking for the sub because it was starting to look like he'd go the full 90 after Klauss went out.
