Relive the magic of these beautiful goals. 🔥Vote now for the @ATT Goal of the Matchday. 🗳️— Major League Soccer (@MLS) September 16, 2024 gee I wonder who neutrals are going to vote for. sucks having 2 on the list, Cerillo's goal should be deserving
By now, refs have to know Bouanga is a serial diver—which is a shame bc he really is a top MLS talent. Props to Ted Unkel for not falling for it last night, but unless Bouanga starts picking up yellows, he won’t stop. 🤿 https://t.co/1KfdgWO9VA pic.twitter.com/TPX5Jy10nR— LA Galaxy 310 𝕏 (@LAGalaxy310) September 15, 2024
Best of the best from the weekend. 🤩🗒️: https://t.co/4LqXgXqDUz pic.twitter.com/GkoI7JVpEG— Major League Soccer (@MLS) September 16, 2024 Riqui and Dejan make team of the matchday Greg makes coach of the matchday (lol) and Neal gets included as a sub, so MLS thinks his 2nd half bounceback is extremely noteworthy
Reading this whole thread from beginning to end (and already knowing the result) is hilarious. It needs to be a dictionary reference for "dramatic irony." My favorite part?
I haven't gone back to check but I'm sure my half time analysis was "don't worry guys, I'm confident we will dominate them and win the game without any problem..." TRUST ME, DO NOT go back and look.
The only part worth rewatching *taps the sign*El Trafico ALWAYS delivers. All four @LAGalaxy goals from a comeback to remember. ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/TtUB8HUw5A— Major League Soccer (@MLS) September 15, 2024
I did watch it, and went through the exact same emotional journey.Thankfully, I did not record my despair on the internet in real time.
I may have missed this being posted already but in any case this is awesome from Cerrillo. Give it a watch (you have to click on the twitter link in the post and then watch video): My question to @Edwincerrillo during the post-match presser. His emotionally charged answer revealed how far he's come personally since moving to LA.Cerillo scored his first career goal in stunning fashion to complete the comeback and give the #LAGalaxy the lead against LAFC. pic.twitter.com/fH6edN85fF— Nuestra Galaxia Fútbolera (@NGFAndrew) September 15, 2024
The very profitable company I used to work for, had season tickets (many of them in prime premium priced locations with similar food bennies) for the Dodgers, Angels, Lakers, Kings, Clippers as well as the Galaxy and non sporting events as well (Disneyland, LA Phil, Hollywood Bowl, Pantages, etc). They gave them away in blocks of 4 seats to employees and their families. While it was a great for the employees (me included), they wrote this off as a business expense, so it was all of us collectively as taxpayers who paid for this. I have no clue about the person in this video, but it would not surprise me, if these seats were a business expense somehow. When Uncle Sam and the state of California is footing at least part of the cost, things become much more affordable.
Left, right, top bins. 😱 The @LAGalaxy needed a spark and Dejan Joveljić provided just that. The Serbian striker's incredible finish is your @CelsiusOfficial Energy Moment of the Matchday. pic.twitter.com/fGYflgsNse— Major League Soccer (@MLS) September 17, 2024 Dejan's goal awarded Energy "moment of the matchday"
HA! I’m an upper deck cheap seat, drink a few beers in the parking lot, hit up In N Out on the way to the game type of guy. My next posted YouTube video will also be my first
American Express runs some deals for card members from time to time. I took advantage a few years ago and it was pretty reasonable. $300 for an official jersey, pre-match food (the underground bar bar is much, much nicer that it was back then and the food looks way better), field side seats, got to be on the field for warm ups and then an after game meet and greet with Landon.
