So, I'm looking forward to this kickoff perhaps just a bit moreso than for many recent seasons past. Embracing the irrational exuberance.for now. I'm "Pregaming in Montreal" vicariously here in MA, mostly via a high-dosage ingestion of the #NERevs Twitter feed today. And mostly while fixing the dryer. At least until kickoff.— A Casual Fan (@A_Casual_Fan) February 29, 2020
One of the interesting threads in this game for me is how Rowe and Fagundez evolve. The theory of the case for me is this: Both are inconsistent, and missing the quality that allows some players to impose order on a game, but capable of moments of brilliance. Given adequate talent around them, will the added time and space on the ball allow them to rise to the next level?
Watching the game on TV and have to ask.... What happened to Paul Mariner? Also, it cant be 17 deg... many Revs fans in short sleeves
Who lost their mark? was it Bye or Farrell? So far im not real impressed. I think were still a few players away and Im not sure Diego is the best option
I'm actually enjoying Charlie Davies on color. He offers a little different perspective than Paul did and works well with Feldman.
Revs attack looked terrible 90% of the game. Could never get Bou, Buksa or Penilla in volved. Bright side is Kessler looked decent. Thought Jones and Zahibo looked decent. Everyone else eh
I'm going to give them a bit of a pass because the surface was a joke and they'd never played on it. Positives- Kessler, Zahibo Negatives- Diego was MIA, Pennilla didn't have a good game and Tajon faces an uphill climb for minutes after missing that sitter. Should have been a draw.
