No Myers, no Opara, maybe no Besler and no Sinovic... We must win this game!

Can GZ and Omar be expected to go 90 after the "friendly" held not during a FIFA window?

That looks like a lot of frustration - not sure if that's the right message!

I don't think so. They went full, hard 90's. Omar might be able to do it, but it'll be a stretch, and I doubt Gyasi has the legs for it. Whatever you want to say about his performance, you can't say he didn't cover some ground. He put in the work.

I've been worrying about this since Wednesday night as well. I'm particularly worried about our defensive depth.

If these guys ever want to ply their trade in Europe they need to be able to play three games in 7 days. Unless they’re injured I expect Omar to start and Gyasi to play his part if necessary.

Well...I agree to this to a certain extent....BUT.....squads get rotated a lot on those weeks. You DO see teams with tired legs underperforming at the end of those weeks (hence the issues with lack of depth, like Liverpool had last season in the Champion's League) and also the travel tends to be less a lot of the time. In addition, this was a midweek where they flew in, trained with the national team, did a game, came back to the team....it's not like getting on the bus to go to Southhampton midweek and returning the same day. I know that sometimes they fly to somewhere in Europe, but the point is---travel takes a big toll on those teams, and all the coaches and players say it's hard. The deep squads that can rotate do a lot better.

So while I get your point....if you've got players playing three 90's in seven or eight days, you've got some heavy legs....period.

Play Omar and rest Zardes. Gordon deserves another start anyway. Zardes needs to rest more than Omar.

I'm more worried about a less than 100% Robbie Keane who only got back to training yesterday. Given that Gordon is on Beast Mode right now I'm sure he gets the start. I'm betting he gets paired with Gyazi, and then we see Robbie or Buddle come on at some point.

Hope Kleiny and Arena are on the phone with Seattle and (MLS Headquarters) about getting Jordan Morris. They should seriously consider a Gyassi Zardes str8 up trade for him.... maybe throw in rafa garcia or future draft pick.

That Jordan Morris could be the next Landon Donovan.

Between national team camp and the Galaxy Gyasi has played a ton of minutes of late. Remember he played in the March games as well for the Nats. That's a lot of time on his legs.

I expect Omar to start, but Gyasi may not.

I expect Gonzilla will start in back, with maybe Gordon and Keane up top and then Zardes comes in for Keane if he's wearing out… Hoping Villareal is ready for left mid again. Then Vayreneanddenaden for Rafa is he's ready, and if not Garcia gets another chance to shine...

KC are a formidable opponent, not pretenders like Seattle. Vermes has a system and style. They were Champs during our slip-up in 2013. I'm looking forward to the matchup. Thankfully, they are currently banged up.

    Predicted lineup :

    Keane Gordon
    Villarreal Vayrynen Juninho Ishizaki
    Roger AJ Gonzalez Gargan
    Penedo

Bench : Rowe, Dunivant, Meyer/Leo, Garcia, Husidic, Buddle, Zardes.

But I wouldn't be surprised to see Garcia have another chance, and Baggio starting over Villarreal.

Fingers crossed for Keane, we really need him. I remember a few times he was coming back from an injury and he was doubtful for a game... And finally he was too short and didn't play.

I actually wouldn't be surprised to see the 4-5-1 again with Keane in the spot that Zardes played against Seattle. I wouldn't be surprised NOT to see it :), but I still thin our midfield needs the help.

INFO: @brjIV WAS called into US U-20 camp but declined the offer after consultation with #LAGalaxy. Injuries + upcoming games were factors.

I tend to think this means there is a better than fair chance we will see BJ at some point in this game or the next. Someone is not ready, whether it is Keane, Villarreal, or someone else.
