reading that Huguain might play. in one article he is compared to Scholletto and then in same article he himself says we both play different games. So i dont know what he will add. Looks like a guy with good possession and passing that does not score much but sets up goals.

 

Did Boniek play last night, and if he did, how did he do? I've been too busy to check, back to school sux. I thought he didn't have a particularly good game against NY, I'm not sure why. I imagine they were defending him well, but some of it looked to be his own fault. It's ok, he was due a slightly off day....

 

boniek did play. 67 mnts or so i think i read. no idea how effective he was.

a real chance at 6 points this week. with 4 games in 12 days, we need to score early and let our D and the heat do the rest. expect Cbus to press early and fast, trying to catch our slow center D off guard. don't think it will happen, but it's been done to us before. a 1-0 at the half score or better should be enough to secure the deal. Clark isn't going to go the full 90 so it will be interesting to see if Dom pulls him at the designated 60 mnt mark, or if he will play it by ear.

 

Rumor on the news about game being moved to saturday. My dad insists. I don't think so

Maybe after the weather on that channel the sports guys said something like "maybe they should reschedule the Dynamo game", something like that and your dad heard it wrong. On some stations they are saying Sunday will be very rainy going into Sunday night. Other stations are holding back.

 

Yeah the weather I just saw looks like Saturday night into Sunday may actually be worse.

I keep editing this post, but I'm confused. From the HoustonDynamo tweet I thought it was on the network, but looking at the link, which I didn't do earlier, it looks like an online chat, which would be better.

 

No chance of the game being changed. The Astros have home games on Saturday night and again early on Sunday afternoon.
