Thank you for this! That was one of the games, perhaps THE game I had in mind. Paraguay acted shamefully and that was an ugly game. Their behavior should not be supported by officiating. We were so lucky the Dutch ref who officiated our game was on top of their garbage. I remember thinking, so this is how and why Paraguay did so well in CONMEBOL qualifying. Must be jungle rules.
