We may see Donovan around the 70th. We should be winning TFC has not created anything. LA created both goals.
eh, lets not get hasty. landon at 80th tops. he just needs to run around we dont wanna risk him getting injured
@MLS_Analyst: "Cudicini is a disaster on wheels." Compare him to Irwin last week. Oy. Not feeling comfortable about him at all.
Carlo needs to get sorted out quickly. It's just odd, he's doing things literally I've never seen him do. I don't think I've missed a game he played for Spurs also I saw most if his matches for Chelsea, I can't remember him being this shaky. That's the furthest I've ever seen him off his line.
I'm still pissed. Game was completely under control. Momentum shifted. I can't find any sort of logic as to why Cudicini came out like that. On replay, that was a LAZY, complacent pass from Leo. Good news is that TFC hasn't looked good. We can win this.
I have a theory about this. I think Carlo has not had much to do so far this season, and as a result, he's pushing too hard to try to do too much. His errors have consistently been over committing or being too aggressive and trying to make plays on the ball that he's not capable of making. Bruce just needs to sit down with him and help him chill out. He needs to be told to try to do less. Just relax and let the defense do the work for him. I still think he's going to be fine.
Cudicini not looking good, but has plenty of time to get it together. Mathis at halftime blaming the goal primarily on Cudi.
Carlo f-cked up but that was shocking from Leo and easily could have ended up a goal as Earnshaw had a step on both. I think Carlo saved him some stick because that would have been the story.
Agree mostly, but McBean's position was so clear cut it sure looked to me he had a clear play on that ball and the defender, who's directly from behind puts McBean to the ground - doesn't look like a dive. Of course I think the ref was on the other side of the play, so it he can't see it - plus maybe the TV angle made the pass look better than it was. I'd rather have a ref not call a PK if he didn't see it rather than give a phantom PK.
Definitely. Carlo's decision was bad, but it looked so bad because Omar recovered exceptionally well. Carlo's got to make that decision in a split second and a good goalie doesn't hesitate - if you go you go 100%. It usually takes a few bad plays to combine and give up a goal. In this case 2 was the magic number.
McBean might've gotten the PK call had he not spent the first half falling down after every 50-50 ball that came his way.
