With only one true winger fit and starting [Ambrose], I would have thought Sam would be starting or coming on for a gassed Reid. Of course, now that Bolanos has gotten his work permit, we will have the left side taken care of -- I guess. I still don't get using Hughes on the left side. Start Rommedahl on the right and Ambrose on the left. If Hughes is going to play, it should be in the middle of a 4-4-2. But then, what do I know???!!!
It's only a month loan, my thought is that it gets him in match shape in time for the early carling cup rounds. Then he'll have a chance to win a first team spot.
