Craig Bellamy and Danny Gabbidon have been pulled from the Welsh squad 'due to lack of match fitness'; James Collins has a serious knee ligament injury (suffered in a reserve game) that will keep him out for 6 months after he has an operation later this month.
Let's hope the first two get 100% fit quickly, and Collins has a quicker than expected recovery.

Bellamy came through the "closed door game" today. Scored a goal and showed electrifying pace.

Bobby was also in that closed game against QPR and scored so fingers crossed. Poor Ginge is going to be out for quite a while. Whilst we are talking of sheep shaggers Collison is in the Wales U21 squad again. :)

There is absolutely no point in our Welsh internationals risking themselves in meaningless games. Quite rightly any suspicions should mean their immedeate withdrawal.

However, this is quite different to our English international(s) who should be proud to wear the shirt and be prepared to fight through the pain barrier for the honour to represent their country.

    Naturally.

Nice to see that Bells and Bobby Z had a nice run out against QPR. They both scored and the report I received, said that they were both very impressive. Faubert playes too and looked very fast.
