absolutely. this is why it's so frustrating to see people talk about him as a genius. he's never needed to build a team, or develop young players. and that's not even mentioning the huge number of stories about his use of PEDs earlier in his career.

since they've hit the wall, the fact that he's showing signs of serious mental-stability issues makes you wonder if he's terrified that he'll soon be found out as a manager who can only do well if he's allowed to buy top-level finished products. now he's faced with a challenge he may not be able to simply buy his way out of.
