    Absolutely... :)

Top of the group, top scorers, two wins over the World Cup runners-up... and we still might not make it. But that's all for later, the group makes cracking viewing:

    1 Scotland 9 7 0 2 17 7 10 21
    2 Italy 9 6 2 1 15 7 8 20
    3 France 9 6 1 2 15 3 12 19
    4 Ukraine 8 4 1 3 10 9 1 13
    5 Lithuania 9 3 1 5 7 11 -4 10
    6 Georgia 9 2 1 6 14 15 -1 7
    7 Faroe Islands 9 0 0 9 3 29 -26 0

Because there aren't many keepers that'll gift him a goal ;)...well maybe Lehmann and Carroll (if he were still in the Prem)

That was probably THE greatest performance by KNT. Ever. The boys were running plays to perfection. Ahn Jung-hwan in his prime and Yoon Jung-hwan contributing on the pitch at the same time was recipe for joga bonito. Too good to be true to happen in meaningful games, I guess. Too bad.

I agree....that was the sickest game we've ever played. Mr. Hwang with the sweet volley...We had them literally wimpering like puppies.

Yeah, I was at that game.. Korea were rather good (damn you Lee Chun-soo), but then we had Berti bloody Vogts in charge back then so it's about time for a re-match now we've got a decent manager in the job :)

Cannot believe the overnight transformation of Man City. Just goes to show you what a deep pocket new owner can do for a club. Also good to see Sun Jihai back on the pitch today.

A three-way deal, eh - I read that Hiddink maybe on the move to Chelsea, even though he just signed an extension as the manager of the Russian NT ;)

heres a question coming from a newbie to international soccer. hypothetically, if all coaches were available, who would be the hottest commodities? ..that is, who would be most in demand? from a club aspect.
