Interesting, Micovic isn't on the bench or in goal for the Galaxy. Guess he really wants out. Its no surprise. Ivacic used the same player agency.. and had a meltdown in order to find the team who'd start/play him, looks to be the same for the Galaxy

Maybe the Galaxy should have kept Micovic in goal.... they're getting decimated by Seattle

Goal looked very close to being offside. I assume they reviewed it?

    Of course.

emma Hayes is the real deal. Truly strategic game, altho of course the players had to hold on for quite awhile and Naeher to me was MOTM

Seattle beats Pumas 4-0, so that's the next potential opponent. Seattle would host.

Pumas looks pretty good - a lot better than Necaxa, but the score isn't reflecting that. Seattle got everything against the run of play. Lucky.

During Seattle-Pumas the color guy (Brian Dunseth?) mentioned LAFC playing the Quakes and I swear before he could finish saying “San Jose Earthquakes” kind of under his breath he raised his voice all excited about the possible debut of Giroud.

    It sounded like this:

"And LAFC will be taking on the San Jose Ear..AND WE MAY SEE THE DEBUT OF OLIVIER GIROUD!!!!"

Next chance for us to host I think would be if we beat LAFC and Seattle and Colorado wins their next 2 games on the other side of the bracket. Chance of all that happening - us beating LAFC and Seattle away and CO winning their next 2? About 1%.

You should watch the actual Apertura. Pumas beat up 2 shitty teams, and tied another shitty team. They're not as good as one would think.

It's not that I expected them to be good, but they looked a better than Necaxa did against us.

Seattle likely to win on social media memes at least... can't imagine the Quakes referencing Nathan For You

San Jose would host either Colorado or Toluca in the semifinal.

Not to get too much ahead of ourselves, but we could host Miami in the final :).

    Miami, without Messi, spanking Columbus.

EDIT: Then I step away for a minute, and it's tied.
