    He is a good one.

It was too bad he always was with Lazio.

Luciano Spalletti may pick him to play for Italy so he may not come until August but if not, he will be in MLS in June.

Wonder which NY team he will go to?

Based on his name, he fits Luchi ball perfectly.

Not to be outdone, the Quakes are targeting striker Umberto Misfire, from Spezio.

Well to the rest of the world, the general consensus is those are destination hot travel spots.

Its like the majority of the US know Paris, but nothing else in france. Or Hong Kong and nothing else in China.

Haha. The rest of the world hasn't heard of Shanghai? San Francisco is an international destination travel spot, too.

    Columbus dissected Monterrey.

Nancy never sat his team on the bus when they went ahead, instead they pushed ahead to get the insurance goal. He subbed with purpose.

I would love to see what he can do with the US National Team.

Columbus is going to contend for MLS cup again once they're past all the Champions league stuff and focus on MLS.

I've loved watching Red Bull, Columbus, Miami, Vancouver and Real this year.

I worked there from 2008 - 2013. The best trip was a 3 week trip during the 2010 World Cup. Every day was the same - Wake up, go to work, play soccer with the guys at the factory after work, then go watch a WC game(s)!

    Epic trip!

Holy crap, Columbus plays good soccer. And seems like they have lots of depth somehow. Where are these guys coming from? Russell-Rowe? I've seen 4 or 5 guys play right side attacker for them and they all seem to be pretty good.

Welp, looking forward to going to Levi's this Saturday to watch my newly assigned 2nd MLS team :).

Id argue theyre the best MLS team overall. Red Bull and Vancouver are also very fun.

But ive never seen an MLS club dismantle a Mexican team like that. It was really great soccer.

The thing that struct me was Columbus' controlled defending. Always confronting quickly when any attacker turned to face the goal. And never with more than 6, but generally 5 defenders.

It was so different than Quake passive defending that works so well.

Wilfried Nancy and Columbus may be doing more to raise the level of play in MLS than Miami is. They're showing the league how to play soccer, and w/o any international superstars.

They're showing the league that Don Garber and the Board of Governors are morons for wanting to eliminate them.
