We had an after-party at the Brittania Arms in Cupertino with the AV team, I got a lot of them to sign a jersey for me.
I only remember GM Peter Bridgwater having to respect British Royalty and having to walk 6ft behind Prince Andrew. I'm sure it's a good song (I didn't listen past 45 seconds). But it just doesn't go with a fast-paced dynamic soccer series! Maybe it would be good for a video about Quakes' back-passing to break down opponents.
It's all about the lyrics. Oh yes we Can, I know we Can Can Yes we Can Can, why Can't we? If we wanna get together we Can work it out.. Get it? You know #weCAN documentary and all that?
New York City Reaches Deal to Build Soccer Stadium in Queens complete by 2027 cost 780 million seat 25,000
It's the Big Apple and it is only going to seat 25,000? How underwhelming. Even some of London's smaller clubs have greater grounds capacity than that.
That isn’t what I meant. My point is or was, if a team in MLS (or in the league) is complaining that they are losing money on a yearly basis, how can they possibly afford to blow $780 million on building a new ball park? Also, I thought the ongoing discussion with these same threads was no MLS club comes close to being worth $1 billion? Therefore, if that is the case, by my calculations, $250-$300 million for an expansion franchise fee + $780 mil for a stadium, I think we've finally gone over that $1 billion dollar threshold.
