We, Atl and Juve have all made it to the finals without depth. The odds are very slim but not nonexistent.
Mario Götze hasn't played at all this week for Bayern despite today being almost a meaningless match.
You must hold on to Miki, Reus, Auba... Simple. Dortmund can beat anybody in Europe. Tuchel just needs to instill the right mentality in the players. That's indicative of the fact that you let Liverpool come back to beat you 4-3.
Gazprom is paying S04 120M spread across 5 years to be there no. 1 sponsor. Who cares about ethics, right?
Bayern are the new VfL. Partying by themselves. No fans in sight. Maybe they are all busy celebrating with LCFC. Bandwagonerssss. http://m.video.sport1.de/video/baye...ocial&utm_source=Twitter#link_time=1462691843
In its inaugural season in 2009–10, RB Leipzig dominated the NOFV-Oberliga Süd. then promoted as champions to the Regionalliga Nord (IV). RB Leipzig won the 2012–13 Regionalliga Nordost season without conceding a single defeat and was promoted to the 3. Liga (III), They only spent 2 seasons there. Then finished the 2013–14 3. Liga season as runner-up and was promoted to the 2. Bundesliga And today they won promotion to the 1. BuLi. Wolfsburg 2.0? Hoff 2.0??
They are much worse than Wolfsburg and Hoffenheim cause they cheat a lot regarding the regulations in german football. They are not allowed to call the club Red Bull cause the company didn't support the club for 20+ years. So they named it RasenBallsport to get the RB into their name. There are just 14 members with a voting right in the club, almost all are working for Red Bull. Everyone else can be just a 2nd class member with no influence towards the club at all. There are a lot of annoying behavior from RB Leipzig. E.G in 2014 RB Salzburg wanted Marcel Sabitzer from Rapid Wien but he had just a release clause for foreign countries, not for other austrian Clubs. So RB Leipig bought him cheap and put him on loan to Salzburg immediately. They are a bunch of §%/(§%$§% with a lot of lawers to find every loophole in the regulations for the next cheat.
To be fair it's extremely hard for an east German team to make it in the BL. When was the last time we saw one? At least on the bright side we don't have a team from Dresden.
I know. But you guys bash this team a lot for being plastic etc. What I'm saying is that outside of this extremely artifical funding there is little to no hope for a club in East Germany.
OK fair enough, those two matters are exclusive to themselves. It's going to take a generation of footy for them to come out of that. The RB piece...yes PLASTIC, and any questions people had about Hoffe or B04 should be eclipsed by this team.
Energie Cottbus (2000-2003 & 2006–2009), Hansa Rostock (1995-2005 & 2007-2008) and Dynamo Dresden (1991–95), all of whom currently play in the third tier of German football, as well as Lokomotive/VfB Leipzig in 1993-94 (currently in the fifth tier). That's why I find it strange that they're being linked so strongly with Hasenhüttl. His brand of football is grimly effective. The whole reason for this Leipzig side's existence is to generate PR for Red Bull, but if you're trying to win friends then surely you don't put the Austrian Tony Pulis in charge of your team. Hoffenheim made themselves much harder to hate by playing a brand of football that was very easy on the eye. There doesn't seem to be any chance of that happening to Leipzig under Hasenhüttl.
You'd just want RB to go to FCB and go, right, Lewy, Muller, Boateng and Neuer. Here's 20 mil each, come and play for us. Never gonna happen, just saying I'd like to see them squirm a little.
If they can attain the role of consistent deep running contenders in the CL, I might be concerned, but I'm not sure any of us need to worry about that for a few years
At the end of the day, it's still Leipzig. Not the most prime destination out there. A team in Frankfurt or Berlin would be a lot more threatening.
