Who were them nobheads on this forum who actually said, that the Alisson and Salah sales were good. ? Think one of them was that loser with NY in his logo and the other one who literally had a " thing " for Mongo. When I say " thing ", I really mean that " thing ".
They say the modern day goalkeeper should be good with the ball at his feet...Meet @Alissonbecker 😍pic.twitter.com/i1khQqsfuw— GOAL (@goal) February 14, 2020

Java: “Why does anyone follow the rules? They don’t matter.” what a fcuking dumbass Full details of Man City being banned from Champions League for TWO SEASONS for "serious breaches" of UEFA financial rules pic.twitter.com/sYVG5orSRt— Rob Harris (@RobHarris) February 14, 2020
Well, I guess those rumors of us ignoring FFP this summer won’t be happening now, lol. Good on UEFA for finally growing a spine
LaLiga President Javier Tebas on Man City's CL ban: “UEFA is finally taking decisive action. Enforcing the rules of financial fair play & punishing financial doping is essential for the future of football...we finally have a good example of action"— Rob Harris (@RobHarris) February 14, 2020 Java humiliated
It would be nice if LaLiga begins to punish Real and Barca for all the hundreds of millions of taxes they are not paying to the Spanish government, because they're too important for the country's image to be brought down by the rules to which all other Spanish clubs are being subjected to.
Probably means Pep to Juventus this summer. With how good Liverpool are, City may only be competing for the FA cup for the next couple seasons, heh
Class goal don’t get me wrong but why did that defender slide😭😭 https://t.co/ufFJQZ0Z78— i (@CFCFutbol_) February 14, 2020 This Donny puts Mancini to shame. @La Magica
Nothing is going to happen to man city during the summer they are lighten the punishment to maybe a transfer ban
Just like players would be immediately suspended for cheating , drugs or scandals (I.E.Cristiano Doni who was banned for years) , why should Man City be allowed to continue playing in the current competition phase of the Champions League? If that’s the case why are they getting a free ride and allowed to play and make a profit? Forget about the next two years , what about now?
Not sure about what European/International or even the Swiss law says but when I was in Italy, my lawyer told me many appeals for criminal fraud or in this case sports fraud, could take up to ten years.
Look I know the premier league isn’t the gold standard for defending but holy shit what I worry about most with the prospect of paying over £100m for Jadon Sancho is him scoring goals in Bundesliga against absolutely shambolic defending like this...pic.twitter.com/p2RGYpu8Fn— Sinan (@L4fckop) February 15, 2020
Depends on the country/court level and the type of lawsuit/punishment you're appealing. Usually regardless of the type of case that someone loses, unless it's a case where the person has to be locked in jail immediatelly, you'll have at least 2 weeks to appeal the decision, and if you do so the decision is being nulled until it's confirmed or denied by a higher court instance. Depending on the type of system and case, you can appeal once or twice, or trice if your 3rd appeal is in the EU courts in Strasbourg. Whether appeals are worth it for you or not is another matter, but if you have the money, you could stall and run the other side through a few hoops I don't think that Man City would be that severely punished in the end. They'll have at least one appeal to make their case and if EUFA doubles down with the 2 years ban, they'll set a dangerous precedent that could drag lots of the biggest teams down the drain at some point in the future, and that's hardly the point of FFP. At worst Man City are going to end up with a year of no CL and a fine. falvo - the reason why UEFA cannot kick Man City out of this competition , besides their right for appeal to show their innocence and the sheer impracticality of it, is that this kind of punishment simply isn't mapped down as a potential sanction in the rules book. It's not available exactly so that teams would have time to get their punishment confirmed or substituted/cancelled while their current season is going uninterupted. Booting someone out of a competition in the middle of their campaign opens the doors for all kinds of defamation/restitution lawsuits, so it's simply being avoided for the big pitfall it is.
