Are we gonna have the same conversation in two threads on our board???

I suppose it could be worse...Like fanaddict starting threads everyday in the Chicago forum and they've all got like 0 replies!!

Does that writer have a good track record. Because I'm w/ Texas Gator. No one with sense trades two quality starters for Boxx. I'm a Boxx fan and I wouldn't do it. One maybe but not two and picks. Cooper & Barcellos aren't stupid. They do like making trades, though, don't they.

    Source??

I wouldn't give Kia McNeil for Boxx!

The ONLY way this deal makes any sense for St. Louis is if they get Marta...

If that's the case, then the ATL GM just got away with highway robbery.

FC Gold Pride released women's soccer veteran Brandi Chastain today.

"We are grateful to Brandi for the contributions she has made to our team, organization and to the growth of the game" said Pride General Manager Ilisa Kessler. "She has been an outstanding representation of the Pride and Women's Professional Soccer.

Yup, twitter is as close to real-time information as you can get right now. You just need to set up the people you follow. I'd start with all the WPS accounts....players, staff, and GMs....

With 2 season ending injury's on the backline the Atlanta Beat have moved Stacy Bishop from the midfield to centerback. Bishop and Kia McNiel are the 2 centerbacks and Head Coach Gareth O'Sullivan has been happy with their play.

We scored two very nice goals,” said Beat Head Coach Gareth O’Sullivan. “We looked like we had a third goal in us, and the team showed great character to pull-out the win after Boston scored late in the second half.”

Breaker’s forward Claire Zimmeck scored the lone Boston finish with less than 15 minutes to go. However O’Sullivan notes that the Beat “played solid across the back tonight.”

“With every preseason game, we are looking to make adjustments and to improve defensively as a unit,” said the Coach, “Tonight was a good step to prove ourselves against a quality opponent.”

Looks like we've got a new SG in WPS....

As much as I hate the Scheming Weasels and DCU, I welcome the Bravehearts to WPS....God knows the Freedom need some vocal support!

Watched the Beat-Sky Blue game. 1-0 defeat was harsh to ATL. Bachmann is nasty. Sky Blue didn't really have anything going for them. Cept for Karen Bardsley. How she's not ENG's #1 is beyond me.

Yeah, makes no sense. The times I've seen Brown, she hasn't impressed.

I watched Brown in the EURO finale and couldn't understand why she was number 1. It'd be like making Chris Seitz number one and sitting Timmy.
