It appears to me that the East and West Coasts have the World Cup. Will there be any additional venues for later rounds? I have a lot of girls here in Oklahoma that would be distraught if they weren't able to see their heroes play. I am just hoping that Dallas or Kansas City gets a game or two. Thanks in advance for all responses.
just checked ussoccer and... I can not believe that the furtherest inland they were willing to go was Ohio! This is truly disappointing, because it seems that the entire Midwest / South area was not even considered. I guess they just don't think we play soccer around here. Oh well.....
wind comes sweeping down the plain" Anyway, I had come up with a Midwest idea for the World Cup. Play the final in Carson. Anyway, Blaine, Tulsa and other places would have been fine for the summer but also would have been better for teams because she wouldn't have to travel as far. And the fans. People on the coasts will have at least a 3 hour trip by plane if they want to see the final from the East Coast or some of the group matches from the West Coast.
