Orlando ties up Angel City a second time with a goal right before stoppage time commences to give the home crowd a high probability of a really exciting boring tie.
Eventually those NBC Sports apps and website will disappear as NBC Olympics is slowly disappearing. It was pretty incredible that NBC was promoting peacock so much for the Tokyo games and then people were struggling to find anything and then realizing some was behind a paywall while NBCSports.com and NBC Olympics had streams for cable subscribers that weren't on peacock. They're mostly run independently. Although the delay may be a little more, I was really slow to realize that CBS Sports apps are much better for viewing sports than the Paramount+ apps. I definitely recommend that route as many prefer hulu for espn+ content.
I get the exact opposite from the CBS Sports app, at least on a Roku TV. I haven't tried it anywhere else, but I find the Paramount+ app much easier to navigate. I just save all the leagues to "+My List" and then whenever something new is popping up I can click on the Sports tab and it's featured pretty prominently. Like NWSL content was at the top of the page today while UCL and UECL matches were in that spot earlier this week.
I think HBO Max, Peacock, and Discovery+ should merge so they can make a new service called Maxcock+— The Green Kasey 🎃 (@RawbertBeef) August 6, 2022 LOL Thx, Jay!
A couple Fridays ago the NWSL matches weren't working on the P+ Roku app only. I started watching the Spirit on my phone until I saw somebody on Twitter say it was working on the CBS Sports app, which I didn't know existed. I got everything set up, including resetting my forgotten P+ password, and got the game going on TV around the 20th minute.
2pm CT tomorrow the UEFA Super Cup match is on CBSSN. Eintracht Frankfurt v Real Madrid from Helsinki.
30 minutes into the UEFA Super Cup and Frankfurt has been in control most of the way, but it's still 0-0.
Costa Rica was beat 3-1 by Australia, but OH MY SWEET LORDpic.twitter.com/6NDFOd04lF— ugh (@838_carlisle) August 11, 2022
So I'm likely late to the party, but FS1 / FS2 is carrying matches of the U-20 Women's World Cup. France and Nigeria scoreless in the 56th after a lengthy weather delay.
Got a little Freiburg v Dortmund on ESPN+ at the moment and Osasuna v Sevilla about to start at the top of the hour.
