There's been an accident involving two trains there. No word on injuries.

Red line closed at Woodley Park/Adams-Morgan. In addition Connecticut Avenue is completely shut down North of the Bridges and south of Woodley Street NW. I'm not sure how far down below Cleveland Park is closed.

I was just over there and it'll be hours before this one is cleaned up. I imagine this will affect all lines and obviously north bound city traffic. Plan accordingly.

    Bump.

This will definitely be impacting evening rush hour.

As with some of the other Barra they live in their cars in lot 8. As for Metro, the updates there are it might actually affect the morning rush hour for those on the Shady Grove side of the Red Line. The NTSB investigation is supposed to last well into the night, and then the cleanup. I doubt it will have muchof an affect on Saturday travel plans.
