great fun--it'll be a like a methadone dose for those of us addicted to live football during the looong off season.

The tone of that ussoccer.com article sounds like Arena is signed up through 2006. I hadn't heard confirmation on that yet.

The West Virginia brigade will be represented and hopefully some of the boys from Pittsburgh. Anyone got a place to stay in DC? I had to sleep in the car when going to Columbus. No hospitality from Crew fans. They're heathens you know.

Yeah, what a wonderful idea to get people to be Soccer fans. My ass. ANyone in the right mind (not rooting for ES) will never attend another soccer game after this match.

I thought UNITED Marketers were trying to get the sallies to side with DC/USA? Payne must of hired his cousin, best friend or what ever after he/she was released from PI.

    Crazy choices here.

Birthdays and Soccer are an evil combination. Put me down for a $50.00 towards the stripper. :)

    Don't I know it..

Last year on my birthday (September 1st) the USA lost their first home WC quailifier since 1985..

I feel completely responsible for the loss..
