This is one game Elon might be able to win but I got something else going on tomorrow with my wife.

Off topic but it's off season so wth....

AU won by 25. Nice prediction by me a day earlier, huh? Elon hoops has always stunk since I've been a student in the early '80's and now. I wonder if they have ever had a winning record in the 22 years I've been associated with the school as a student and alum. Nonetheless, I don't expect the CBS cameras at Elon when the March Madness teams are announced.

Props to you Bryan for heading to the game. I ended up at a Redskin-Dallas rally at Tysons Corner and got a why we hate the Cowboys rant on the radio around 12:30 this afternoon as WTEM was broadcasting there.

DCU at least has a winning tradition. Elon hoops has sucked forever. I'll bet we can round up ten guys off Big Soccer boards and beat them.

On a positive note, they won two national football titles and a golf title when I was there. It was NAIA though but a national title is a national title and at the time it was pretty cool.

It would be cool to see this school win their conference hoop tournament once and since they are NCAA Division I, they would go up against Duke and get pounded. Currently Winthrop has that honor.

I have no idea how they are doing in soccer but they built a pretty cool facility a number of years ago.

PS-Bryan, I even sent an updated alum form announcing my wedding 9/7. Maybe I'll even fire off a check once the dust clears from my checkbook after the house closing. I remember you mentioned you worked with the DC Elon alum.
