I'm not against YSA when we're not singing, but do we really have to stop whatever song we're in the middle of to do it? Seems a bit pointless and counter productive.

 

truth. some of our songs are way better than YSA, no need to stop what we're doing just to be like every other SG in the MLS

After today's email, I have a great idea. The next time ball goes out for an opposing goal kick, we all sit down. We then jump up as soon as he kicks it. Try to do this as quietly and silently as possible.

 

"Sit Down" = BLASPHEMY!!!!

 

So is censoring a supporters group that has existed longer than the team they support.

It's a simple enough thing. We just do something totally different.

 

To think that a supporters group should have free reign for any reason is just unrealistic.

 

It is kind of silly to make this into a poll question though, as if the outcome would matter.

 

Why is everyone in a tizzy about YSA. There is no reason there should be finger pointing from a nother section when its done. TRE seems to have become to political. Were all there to support the Union. HAve fun, sing dance, don't be a douche, and cheer on the union. Why does there have to be a hirearchy(not sure if spelled correctly). Spontanious chants are what its about. If one catches on everyone learns it and its used. Simple as that. we don't need song lyrics, or the like. we pay the front office salaries. we shouldn't be bending to their every demand. I understand they're walking a line between being intimidating, and family oriented but this s^^t is getting out of hand. Just go to the games hang out wiht friends support the union home and away and don't be a douche.

 

I find it odd that 90/10 in favor of people getting rid of YSA but it is still extremely loud at PPL Park (not actual numbers).... I admit, I do not know a solution for YSA... but if the FO ask to change it, change it... who cares... we SoBs can think of something clever to respond to everyones comments on an internet forum but cant think of a solution... come on everyone... we can do better than YSA... It was well put in the email.. unoriginal and barely funny.
