I've somehow worked the Open Cup into every meeting I've had this morning. Apparently there was a bet going on at work about how hungover I'd show up. My scarf is hanging up proudly over my little cubicle.
left the thistle at 12:00 went to bed at 12:30 got up at 4 drove home while hangthadj snored and drooled in the passanger seat have had 3 cups of coffee throughout a 4 hour meeting that just ended... i have the shakes. im tired. and i cant wait to watch the tape of the game over and over and over again tonight!

the glass trophy..err..cup has been used for a few years now. I think when Rochester won it in 99, they used the old Dewar Cup. That has since been retired to the Soccer hall of fame in NY and they use the crystal cup now. and did I mention that the waterford crystal cup is on display in crew stadium's office starting monday? that last bit i don't know about, if it's travelling between the player's homes for a while and then going to the office or whatever. but i like saying COLUMBUS CREW 2002 OPEN CUP CHAMPIONS
If I could have worn my '99 black strip with my camoflauge pants, I would have. The scarf hanging in the temporary office had to do, though.
