You already have a religion tho, it’s called “if Vini is in the frame, he’s the problem.” Keep the blessings, just try not to sprint to the witch hunt next time the camera catches him breathing.
I loved the celebration. A big fcuk you to the media. The same media that a lot of real madrid fans have been been swallowing and then regurgitating on this board.
Jude Bellingham: “My celebration? A lot of people say a lot of things…”. “You can cry about it, or moan, or you can enjoy it. I gave a joke back to the fans. I know the truth”
His family literally operates a media business. They have their own freaking app. So damn coddled. "Please don't say anything negative about my favorite care bear".
Having a content app doesn’t mean you’re immune to every headline and hot take any more than owning a toothbrush means you can’t get cavities. Media noise still lands esp when it’s coming from every angle plus your own fanbase. And calling a sarcastic drinking gesture a care bear defense squad is backwards. If anything, that celebration was him saying ‘save the think-pieces, I’ll handle my part’, which he did.
He can joke all he wants, he's been caught in 4K in Ibiza mid season enough. Cool celebration though.
The idea that a 22yr old going out is the grand unifying theory of real madrid’s tactical issues is just bojack horseman fiction level analysis. Funny how the Ibiza dossier only ever gets opened when he dips in form, never when he bags decisive g/a. I do not think he's the saint you want or the sinner you need for your argument.
OK then I must have missed last season where he was balling out of his mind then. One good game and everybody is sainted and the club is perfect. Laughable.
You’re just acting like every positive mention is a halo ceremony. Last season he had a brilliant start, got hurt, played through pain, carried the attack in spells, dipped and still ended with decent output for a 21/22 y.o . That’s a normal arc for a young star. and also nobody said one good game makes the club perfect. I t just means maybe don’t rewrite the entire character sheet every time form swings. Peaks and valleys are part of development.
Calling people out when things are going well and hiding when things aren't is what front runners do. To be fair, this isn't an attitude exclusive to one player on our roster right now so this is a broader discussion about the character of this team.
I love how angry it makes little people feel. At times I feel the bitterness is due to these guys successes, financial earnings and global status.
And...so...what? OK dude. Why don't you go to el Bernabeu and take the shirt off his back like your virtuous german fans do to their players. He had a laugh with his celebration. So what.
Lol perfectly stated and in that same token so does he; and he did. Guess what the crowd was singing as he celebrated? That's right..."Hey Jude"
Funny enough his father yelled at Dortmund fans that boohed his brother (amongst others, his father is yelling a lot) , so hey, maybe the whole sensitive personality kind of runs in the family.
I love how rich people don't need to pay for anything because they have people that idolize them so much they'd rip the skin off their body to feel somehow aligned to them.
the most overated player in the world ,exposed week after week for the horrenodus midfielder that he is ,no abilities whatsoever he must feel stupid for getting the surgery, now he no longer have idiotic excuses for why he sucks so bad
Bit disappointed that we were better earlier in the season when Arda played instead of Jude. I'm generally a fan of Jude, and I think he is one of our harder workers in most games... But there's a lack of identity to his efforts... When it comes to his positioning and team duties, it seems like he's doing a bit of everything and not enough of what the team needs. This is not surprising for Vibes F.C. I'd like to see him under a coach that will lock him in one position with strict and clear duties. As far as his ego and reactions to criticism, I don't like it, and I hope the next manager can get that under control. There's a note of self inflation there that can't be good long term.
If we see an offer over 100M come in for him for in the summer, we should take it and call it a day. Thanks for memories.
A bit of a frontrunner, as usual. Always first with the funny celebrations and media posts when the team does well, hidden under the cloak of invisibility when it's time to take heat. Kind of disappointed.
Agree with your post. He is only 22 though. That type of leadership should be shown from like Fede and Vini for example Problem is the players listed above arent leaders. They benefited from Modric, Kroos, Benzema etc but never learnt Madridismo from them. There is a culture issue at RM
Was great when he came back from injury, but he’s been pretty crap in recent months. Not consistent enough at all.
