    2 good news:

They won 1-0, keeping therefore the first position in Jup' League

While it was a really tough game (2 red cards) Onyewu was NOT booked today, which will help to see him again this round.

The goal is from Conceicao is starting from a Gooch throw-in.

I'll post the summary as soon as it's ready.

That is one thing I certainly hope Bruce Arena's has in his bag of tricks for WC 2006- practicing a 'razzle-dazzle' play off a long Gooch throw-in.

I doubt any of the teams that scout us will focus on it, and it could just be the 'fake field goal play' that could make the difference at a key moment. I've seen Gooch heave it, and its amazing- he could easily catch someone unaware (of his ability) and could see a (knowing) McBride or Johnson drift off to head in goal...

I would assume that his suspension will be long enough to allow him to play vs. Scotland on 11/12.

Whatever his suspension time is, he will play Scotland as M Preud'homme is always eager to let him play. National selection means higher transfer price...

Not just higher transfer price, but also ability to obtain work permits.

Dunno, we could maybe have the first Yanks starter in an Italian/Spanish top 5 club next season.

    He's good enough, no doubt.
