The crap has been proved a hype since he moved to J-League champion URAWA Reds. Just because he was always a regular for Dutch giants Feyenoord, many ignorant people used to respect him.

Hasebe and Ponte are ten times better than him.
He doesn't deserve to make 2006 World Cup.

According to Scottish and Japanese report, Celtic wants the crap.
    I'm delighted with the news.:)
Go to Scotland, Ono. Or you will be benched when Tatsuya is back.

calm down man. Ono wasn't a regular on Feyenoord recently either. He hasn't been 100% for a long time. If he gets better and plays defensive mid for Japan he will be one of the best options they have in that position. He is practically being made to play FW at Urawa for God's sake.

You all are showing your ignorance.

Barring many injury periods, he was always an regular.

Even Japanese media are starting to bash him.
He was one of the worst players in the last Japan's Friendly, vs Ecuador.

    Come on.
Reds are better than Japan NT.

    Washington>>>>All Japanese forwards
(Washi set Brazilian League's single season record for goals in 2004 scoring 33.)

    Ponte>>>Nakamura
(Ponte is one of Leverkusen's legends, Nakamura is just playing for a sht league)
Hasebe - We have the future Japanese NT's Emperor
    Alex - Japan NT's regular
Tulio>Nakazawa (Nakazawa is overrated, Tulio is underrated)
    Tsuboi>Tanaka (Tanaka is useless)
    Tuduki>Kawaguchi (Kawaguchi are declining rapidly)

    HAHAHAHA!
You claim we're ignorant , then what the hell are you showing in your post, class and intellect, i doubt it.
I ask you, who was top scorer last year, and another question who is top goalscorer now? Oh! and another question who are the J League champions.
What Urawa don't seem to notice is that after the world cup Urawa will self destruct, because Ono, Hasebe and Tsuboi will all be heading to Europe, hahaha let's see you then.
And you sit there and parise Santos, hahahahahaha :D What Intellect.
Give Ono a fuc'king break. he's the closest thing Japan have to a world class player and can probably ass rape any Urawa player at will.
He's already admitted to not being 100%
And talking of the Japanese media they can't possibly be wrong can they  As soon as a player doesn't look like ronaldinho we go insane.
Nakazawa overated :D lol considering he's widley known as one of the ebst defenders in asia. And Tsuboi was pathetic agaisnt Ecuador, he almost cost us a goal in the first 5 minuites by passing straight to them

No but that doesn't mean i abosulty dig into the man for having a couple of low par performances and then make insane claims that Urawa are already champs and there better than the National team.
If you can show me one of these with the numbers 2006 then maybe i might speak to you with some desensy

    One of Leverkusen's legends?????
You can't call Ponte a legend of this team just because he play well there for a few years.
He is not a legend there, just one of many many good players who played there.

Shinji Ono is awesome but sometimes looks really lazy on the pitch, he's Japan's classiest football player I have faith he will come back with a bang, I think he's still gutted he didn't get a move to the premiership, I wouldn't be surprised if Bolton renued there interest after the world cup

haha, the legend Ponte was a piece of crap in Ono's absence today. he had a shot about a yard in front of the goal and managed to hit it a mile high and wide. he did the same thing again from the top of the box after being given acres of space and time by Santos, and proceeded to pass to the other team every time giving them counter attacks.

ono is a classy player only when his 100% like what other people say, i think his a classy player, you shouldn't bag the poor guy, he had been injured in the past, recovered a bit and is on the road to getting even better

shoo have you gone spastic saying Ono is crap, thats very insane, and very odd that you'd be saying that, because your a Urawa fan

Ono is a great player..i love his technical abilities. But he's just too injury prone.

To call him crap makes no sense at all
