So lets be honest, the amount of activity on this board is not huge compared to some City forums. There are some newer posters lately but it can still go a day or two at a time without activity. That said, do you people think it'd be a good idea to centralize match discussion into one thread this season except maybe for bigger games (Champions League can have its own thread, and the derby games etc. probably could have their own)? It'd mean a busier match thread that I could sticky and keep at the top of the forum. Thoughts please.
I'm with a single match thread also, there isn't much activity but the most activity always lies on matchdays. It would be effectively signaling our deathwarrant to scale back (self-fulfilling prophecy and all that) Plus, when we kick arse every week it'd be good to have some place where opposing fans can whinge about how much we kick arse!
Well then before I head off to the Wigan game I proclaim that the majority has spoken and we'll keep the current format.
Probably but like yesterday is why I suggested this new system - no thread at all for the Wigan game and hence no discussion. A general match thread might have made posters not wanting to start a new thread comment a little. But I won't go against the majority consensus.
