Good signing, Benfica gets decimated once again in the span of a summer (Nelson Semedo might leave too) He's not flashy, or ever going to become world class (unless his progression just implodes and he shows quality for a ceiling he hasnt revealed before), but he is the definition of "SOLID". Great positioning and tackling, quick enough to recover most times when caught out, and comfortable on the ball. He can also play rightback in emergencies
One of the things he said today what I liked the most, was that he gives the players around him a feeling of calmness and they know he's there to protect them. Something the backline can use more of for sure.
