Oliseh criticism on Dortmund

In a kicker interview Oliseh, on loan from Dortmund to Bochum until 2004 since a few weeks, heavily criticised the club holding his transfer rights. The interesting excerpts:

K: What is different in Bochum compared to Dortmund, Mr. Oliseh?
SO: In Bochum I found back to the joy of playing soccer. Here I got a boss who respects the opinions of the players. Already after a few weeks I am certain: I’m at the right place.

K: Why is Dortmund glad that you are not on the roster anymore?
SO: Dortmund, this topic is through. Best would be to not talk about it anymore. This is pure waste of time.

K: You are accused of having cared for bad mood in the team.
SO: Just that much: after I signed with Bochum, half of the team called and wished good luck. This shows me that I can’t have been a bad guy. You’re no key player of a German championship winning team if the colleagues don’t respect you.

K: What was most surprising for you in Bochum?
SO: Surprising? I informed myself before and was immediately confessed: here the players have fun to work. You’re sitting in the locker room and recognise that even the substitute players are satisfied. The mood is excellent. In Dortmund you always had the feeling like being in the army.

K: Bochum is a team that surely won’t play for the championship like your former clubs. Aren’t you good enough for a top club anymore?
SO: I played an important role for winning the championship with Dortmund. In April at the 4:0 against AC Milan I belonged to the outstanding players. And two months later I am suddenly too bad? Something cannot be true about it.

K: Explain it.
SO: When I came to Dortmund 2 ½ ago (from Juventus Turin for 6 M) Borussia was close to relegation. The club reached a lot with my help. But what happened to me, also happened with other players in Dortmund: Häßler, Bobic, Barbarez, Ikpeba, Möller and I could name some more.

K: But at the end it is reported that you’ve shaken up the whole team.
SO: If you’re making trouble in Dortmund, then you’ve got to pay the whole income of one month. I can just say: I just got one single fine during my time in Dortmund, and this were 50 Euro for being late at a training unit. Seems that I wasn’t that bad.
