Ole!: Metros to sign Forchetti, Molina, Galvan?

the caption translates to (Babelfish): "Forchetti, Molina and Galván are about to to go away to play the United States."

the last paragraph translates to: "For yankees three boys of Boca played: Juan Forchetti, Ezequiel Molina and Jose Galván. Soon of the training, the technician of the MetroStars said to them that he is in agreement and that he is wanted them to take. " It was rare to play against our companions, but we are very contentments with this possibility ", explained Galván. Only lack that the leaders xeneizes approve the negotiation.

So it seems that Boca has to agree to let them go.

Forchetti: right/center back
Galvan: attacking midfielder
Molina: left back

Should be ok to sign Guevara and 2 of these guys, maybe all 3.

Current Defenders want jobs on the field

Is there a shortage on capable and willing resident defenders looking for a team contract in the U.S.? There is certainly already an abundance of dawged, determined, back line defenders living within the United States. Go out and discover them!

I don't forsee how 20 year olds from another country, taking the place of our up and coming 20 year olds, makes a lot of sense? All of us have rallied behind the soccer scene and root for our players to progress and acheive. We feel invested in the resident young talent that have grown through our younger leagues and may become eligible for our national team.

Of course all players are welcome here! But I don't see the logic in this case. These Boca players would have to be "difference makers" on the field!

Rejects from Boca? Maybe, maybe not. But MLS doesn't have a history of paying top dollars and acquiring the best 20 year olds from major clubs around the world. More likely...inexpensive, low demand by there own club team for them.

I am waiting for a list of American 20-year-olds not in MLS who can start for Boca, like Forchetti did. JoeW?

Forchetti has been playing several matches for Metro in the Argie trip, so it sounds like Bradley knows about him and his style. One certainly would look at this as a very positive sign, that we are bringing in a young a talented player who seems to fit well into the system. Also, adding another attacking midfielder would be very beneficial to the club in case we need to slide Gueverra up top for some matches or have a different look with two attacking mids.
