Oz may be a good coach but the metrostars just didnt want to play for him. The only choice was to get replace him.

Maybe we're not playing so well because in each game there have been several new players trying out?

You want a coaching change based on 2 meaningless preseason results? You're forgetting the purpose of these games:

    -To get players fit.
    -To evaluate potential players.
    -To build team cohesion.
-To accomplish the above tasks without injuries.

Any game in preseason where we reach these goals is a winner regardless of the score.

And the 2002 version of OZ was the single most important reason why the team was crap last year. The replacement of OZ by Bradley is the main reason we have hope of turning this team around.

I can't believe threads are still being wasted on Oz. This is two minutes of my life I'm not getting back... much like last season when Oz was coach.

Not wholesale additions and players who don't deserve to be on the pitch like Garnero. Pre-season paves the way for the regular season.

the redskins kicked ass in the preseason..they blew out the 49ers...then the real season started. not only do the results mean nothing, but you cant even accurately analyze much about a team from preseason games. i kinda wish they wouldnt even post these reults

No. In 2000, DC won the preseason tournament and then went be one of the worst teams in the league.

In 2001, Tampa Bay was tied with the Metros for the best team in preseason and went on to be the worst team in the league that year.

Results in preseason have NOT been a good indicator of how a team performs during the regular season.

we will just have to see whether or not the preseason play turns out to be the way we are gonna play during the regular season or if we will become a winning team
