Did any one see that crap on SportsCenter this morning with the Houston Rockets Yao Ming Video? They were showing a Yao Ming Music Video that they play during the Rockets game that included highlights of the 7foot7 Giant. And the Music in the background was the well know soccer song. Oh Le Oh Le Oh Le Yao Ming Yao Ming? What the hell is that all about. Non- creative BAS TARDs. Well there you have it.
### MODERATOR'S NOTE ### This is off-topic for the DC United board. I think I'll move it to the B&M board but the B&M mods should feel free to move it elsewhere if they think it better someplace else. PM with questions.
Wow you claim Latin teams as your favorite, but yet, you can't spell "Ole" properly........They're allowing everyone on these boards nowadays.....
Re: Re: Oh Le Oh Le Oh le Yao Ming Yao Ming?????? Well, he doesn't seem that comfortable with English either so perhaps a mastery of a second language is too much to expect.
Wow. When did basketball become soccer? Kave, you get the secondary assist. I'll get the first assist for sending this to Other Sports.
I think its Taco.. That ole thing will be another reason for Jim Rome to bash soccer, because it's taking over "American" sports.
If you think ESPN commentators are hyping up Landon Donovan too much, you should watch tonight games on ESPN. Bill Walton and the other dude are having continuous orgasm over Yao Ming tonight. They are talking like Yao is already an allstar, a lock for hall of fame, and will make people forget how great Michael Jordan is.
I was gonna mention this too. ESPN is starting to become annoying with the way they talk about Ming and LeBron James. I can somewhat understand the talks about Ming, but not about James. Yeah, he's 17, but the kid needs to be away from this pressure. What if he did break his back in that fall? I'm pretty sure there won't be a single team still looking at him after they find out he'll be out for a year or two.
This just in ! Bill Walton was last seen crouching under the table right where Yao Ming was sitting down giving his post game press conference. It was reported that Yao wasn't wearing his shorts.
"That's hooooooorrrrrible!!!" "Yao Ming is going places other people can only dream of." "THROW it down big fella, THROW it down!!! "John Wooden would be proud." "What was he thinking?"
Background time.......... the Local Sports Radio station here in town has kind of a running joke thing going. Every once in a while, they come up with theme music to some of their favorite players. The Rockets have two that are particularly funny. The Moochie Norris song which is sung to the them to the Muncheche's (sp?) (its an old cartoon or kid show if I recall). The Ole Ole Ole song was pretty much replaced with Yao Ming. The video was done here locally as well. ESPN had not a thing to do with it.
