Alright, we seen tons of posts by tons of peeps over the last few months. Let's get a list of who's making it down to SA to see the USA and what the matches you're going to be at that way we can meet up with each other, if possible. If you've been to a WC before you know nothings better than meeting up with fellow Yanks when your're in another country. So who's going?

    I'll be at:
    USA/England-Rustenburg
    USA/Slovenia-Jo'burg
    Portugal/N. Korea- Cape Town
    USA/Algeria-Pretoria

I know everone has different travel schedules but it's always good to try and meet up with fellow Yanks...if you can!

Ok, meeting up will be impossible. Simply, who the f*ck is going and what USA games will you be at?

I have tickets to the 3 US games. I'll check out the other games in the area and see how easy it is to get tickets outside the stadium. In Germany I found it tough to buy tickets from anyone other than scalpers, but SA may be different.

I'll be at the three USA group stage games, and I also have conditional tickets for the round of 16 and (optimistically) the quarterfinals. The only other ticket I have is for Ivory Coast/Portugal in Port Elizabeth.

I think that tickets will be easier to come by than they were in Germany, but I still wish I'd planned things out a little better. Damn my laziness! I arrive in Jo'burg on the 9th, and the first thing I'm going to do after I activate a sim card and pick up my rental car is to scrounge up a ticket to the opening game.

Will be at all three US group stage games. Going to be all over the place between them though, was a pain in the arse finding places to stay so we're bouncing all over SA rather than trying to stay around Jo'burg.

Should have gone for the USA TST in retrospect. Decided before the draw to just plan 2 weeks in Cape Town with a buddy.

    6/18 England v Algeria
    6/21 Portugal v North Korea
    6/24 Cameroon v Netherlands

My friends decided the same thing, rented a house for 2 weeks in CT. They're skipping a few nights they've paid for to catch the USA/England and USA/Algeria games. I'm coming down to CT after the Slovenia game, see you at the Portugal game!

Okay, so during the clusterfarg of final ticketing today, I managed to add:

    Game 20: Argentina/Korea, Soccer City
    Game 26: Cameroon/Denmark, Pretoria
Game 29: Brazil/Ivory Coast, Soccer City
    Game 32: Spain/Honduras, Ellis
    Game 41: Italy/Slovakia, Ellis
    Game 54: R16, Ellis
    Game 55: R16, Pretoria
    Game 58: QF, Soccer City
    Game 60: QF, Ellis
Game 61, Semi, Cape Town (Finally. I tried to be realistic about travel times and distance)

No France, no Holland, unless I see them in a non-group stage game. Tant pis. FIFA is listing the opening game as the first sell out. And tickets for the final are "unavailable."
