Actually, KC doesn't have a jersey sponsor.

But your point that this is yet another area where management has fallen short stands.

Correct, my bad. I guess the only 3 without sponsors are FCD, KC, and CO? Is that right?

Dallas - Top 5 media market.
    Denver - #22 metro area/media market.
    KC - #27 metro area/media market.

SJ - #30 (this # may not be very good as it could be considered metro San Fran I guess which is #12)
    Columbus- #31
    RSL - #50

One of these is not like the others.................

Yea, but Salt Lake City is a cult city. Sponsor their team and you all of a sudden have a huge market.

Thought about photoshopping a few shirts and starting with the Cadillac crowd, but decided I'd rather be a lazy, link-pasting blob instead.

    Remember, folks: red+white=pink

I wish we still lived in wild west times,, when whorin' was a verb. "Boys, tonight we're going out drinkin, gamblin and whorin!"

I still vote for Budweiser. Easy color match. Already involved with the league. And I like beer!

Bud's a great fit. Use the Bud Heavy logo when we go red. Bud Light when we go blue.

Being that we can't get just one sponsor under the belt this one would be tough, as they basically operate as separate entities, at least in these terms. I like the idea though, oh, and I like beer!

Coors Lt. may have something to say about this... Is Coors Light not the official beer of the PHP or some such?

Maybe they should do what the poor NASCAR teams do: Get sponsorship for a certain number of games, but not necessarily the whole season. 10 game deals or something like that. I wonder if MLS would even go for that.

Thought about starting a new thread with this, but I wasn't sure it didn't fit here. Looks like Pizza Hut is turning into "The Hut".

    http://www.walletpop.com/blog/2009/...-for-its-tv-closeup-and-says-get-lost-to-piz/

Gonna just call PHP "The Park"? And would they ever do a jersey deal anyway? Not sure any other stadium sponsor does.

EDIT: Maybe not all of them, though, upon reread. Just do it or don't do it.

Anyhow, I'm still saying "Hello, hello, helloooooo", and wanting a MetroPCS logo. Even if FCD donates to them like Barca/UNICEF or Malmo/???. :p

Nice find. I guess it will be "The Hut Park." That sounds horrible.

If Pizza Hut is trying to be trendier and appeal to younger consumers, then why don't they just put a bouncy house out in front of all their restaurants?

They're on the hunt again. No pun intended.
