Ok ticos, centroamerican brothers, latinamericans and the whole world.... Ecuador kicked our ass yday, we are out of the WC, we play Poland on tuesday, but i don´t see it as a WC game, I am 24 years old and I´ve watched every CR´n game in WCs with passion, the next one will be different, i see it as a friendly game, or a goodbye game for Marin, Wanchope, Gomes, Centeno, Solis, Porras, Wallace, Drummond and others

What are we gonna do now? Is Guima the key for the CR´n soccer? Who else can coach CR?

Players like Saborio, Bolanos, Hernandez, Myre, Ruiz, Azofeifa are the ones that have to take CR to the next WC, but are they good enough to do it?

Lots of questions we have right now, answers is what we need.

SIEMPRE TICO, en las buenas, en las malas, en las peores, en la ruina y ahora.

Bryan ruiz could be the key we need, started playing as a center forward, now he is Alajuela's playmaker, hopefully CRNT playmaker in 2010-2014

where's the talk about the defense? In my opinion if Costa Rica wants to compete at the highest level they need to develop a holding midfielder capable of shutting down the other team's #10 similar to the way Mascherano plays for Argentina. Also, it is clear that the team needs to develop a new generation of defenders. I don't know the names of the defenders Costa Rica has now but I've seen there performances in the last 2 World Cup's and they are clearly below par.

What about Roy Miller and Randall Brenes, they play in Norway with some Gerland McDonald and some kid who's last name is Garro? What about Gonzalo Segares in Chicago Fire? Saprissa hired some new forwards like Jairo Arrieta, Heredia has some interesting youngsters too. Oscar Rojas can be available for next WCQ.

Who says a player with 20 years can´t be in the NT? Look at England they have some young people as forwards, and they do it very well.

Badilla, Umana, Rodriguez,,,,,, good players, but... we need a tall defender there, all of them are average, we need a 1.90 mt + defender there

gonzalo segares is definetly a player costa rica should look at bringing into the national team set-up. He plays for the Chicago Fire in the MLS, and I've seen him play in person a couple times. He is a very good left-sided defender and is also able to get forward and be dangerous.

The rebuilding process oficially starts today, after Guimaraes anounced today at 11am local time, that he will be quitting as CRMNT coach.

Saprissa says they are willing to give up Medford if the Federations wants him.
