Japan must draw or win to advance. Colombia must win. Advantage Japan.
Colombia have probably played the best of all the teams in the tournament. Japan will field a mostly second string team as most first stringers have played 180 minutes. In particular, the backline will be the same four that allowed 4 goals against Argentina aocouple of weeks ago. Advantage Colombia.

Should be a good match. I am worried about Japan's backline though.

Captain Ivan R. Cordoba won't play, he got a 2nd yellow against NZ, Becerra who caused so much trouble for France won't be in either, 2 yellows too.
Should be a good match, we'll see if Colombia can score again.....

i heard japan's defense line will be the same again. the only change is inamoto to koji nakata. i don't know where mato got it would be the old 4-back. unless they are totally exhausted, we don't need to worry about the young 4-back giving up 4 free goals like the old one did

copy & paste is the latest technological achivement by the mankind but as with other technologies, sometimes it is quite dangerous for us if we don't know how to use it.

That is le true. Here I will show le example how it is done the right way, and at the same time le steer this message group back on topic

    Le Hamatachi says:
"do we really need to worry about this match?"

    Le Alphonse says:
    "Le most likely not"

With le great copy & paste power, comes le great responsibility.

Well, if both teams are pretty much sticking to their strongest teams then they're going to be very drained in this game....

I've got this down as being potentially one of the most entertaining game in the tournament. I don't think Japan will be able to get away with sitting back and defending, and Columbia have to push forward.

the only way japan will win is if ichiro becomes a football player. because, even though i love teasing premium hamatachi, there is no doubt that ichiro is the best baseball player in the world
