Chino and Marco on the field at the same time. What is Ray thinking. Martino is hgonna have the best game he's had in a long time. There is no one out there in the midfield to mark him. As Columbus was scoring, you see Chino running toward the goal (he hadn't gotten there yet even though the BALL WAS ALREADY THERE) waving his arms in the air - "wait for me, wait for me, I need to be in this play"...oops too late, they scored.
Nope, take out Marco. You want to bring on Hristo for his spark and you CAN'T have Marco and Hristo on the pitch at the same time. Besides, whenever Bobby and Marco play together, they suck.

Tony Lamarzi said it was for personal reasons (family). Another thread talked about how Warren's brother was getting married this weekend. Doug made the right choice. He'll get to play next week, but he could never attend that wedding again (barring dovorce, of course).
Everyone notice Marco's gloves? We were wondering why he wasn't taking free kicks - than realized he couldn't tie his shoes!!! He DID take them off to tie the boots before his PK
i'll tell you guys what, lisi pulled that $hit with us too, missing the game vs the crew a few weeks ago for his sister's wedding...he's been great for us, but somethin tells me that might be another reason why he's not a lock for the starting 11...sure some people are extremely tight with their families and what not, but come on, if they're so tight, why not be a little f'n conscious of the schedule?
Marriages are usually planned months in advance. Doug had no idea that he would be the starting GK at the time. I give him credit for making such a difficult decision.
IIRC, Priedux turned down an invite to a USMNT camp a few years back because his brother was getting married.
