Freddy in for Maize. Looks like a more attack oriented setup.

Cunny in, did I hear correctly, the 87th minute? Now that will make it all better.

I guess Cunny never actually came in. Secret weapon for OT, right? I mean, he carries the team.

The clock is ticking to that second OT where we continue to give away "world class goals". Whose turn is it tonight?

This team is clueless. It won't turn around for a long, long time.

    Done and done. 1 - 1 DC.

(Sorry - battery on the laptop went dead)

I wish that I could somehow convey or describe or show you the faces of the Crew players at the break before the OT. They looked beaten. Horrible.

Baalboa kept saying it over and over - they looked lifeless and leaderless and flat. No spark, np energy, nothing.

    Ugly, ugly, ugly.

DC comes in without Olsen, Rimando, Kovalenko or Petke and gets a point in CCS.

How much longer do we have to suffer with this pathetic excuse for a coach?

Yep, in the 99th minutes at Giants Stadium. It's been over since then.

Recap: 105 minutes of soccer at home, 1 shot on goal. Like lil' Greg would say, "Mommy, good news, bad news. I coached this game perfectly. We scored on every shot on goal we had. Unfortunately, we never got that second shot on goal."

Lets, see... My Ducks are going down the toilet, Giants are done, and the Crew... well. All I have left is my son's U-10 team. Priorities. Priorities.

This is a club in shambles. Firing Greg for a caretaker coach is the only option to even have a shot at the playoffs. It must be done now. It is so painfully and glaringly obvious that they aren't playing for this guy.

Interesting quote from Denton in today's Dispatch re: giving up late goals:

"I don't know what the answer is. We keep going into a shell. We've talked about not doing that."

TALKED about it? This sounds like a player on a team who is given NO direction. What in the f$#k are Crew mgmt. waiting for?

Shot at the playoffs? You gotta be kidding.

Like I said somewhere in another thread -- some of you people just don't know how to be pessimists.

I missed the announcement that we had been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.

    Not eliminated=have a shot.

    I am VERY pessimistic.

martino was horrendous the entire game.

williams is too physical for mls, he is fine in england but not here...

overall, is there a way we can start over? like toss everyone and start over with a dispersal draft or something? this team has no heart at all...it is as if they don't care.
